EDI Logistics Solution for National Retail Supply
We use technology to put products back on retailer shelves based on real-time sales. By consolidating SKUs across many brands, we keep delivery costs low and compliance high.
We’re a dedicated part of the supply chain, purpose-built to meet the specific operational demands of major retailers.
SUPPLYING TO MAJOR AUSTRALIAN RETAILERS

About Us
The Lectronic Difference
Lectronic provides a consolidated logistics and EDI solution for suppliers trading with national retailers. We operate a Sydney-based warehouse where we receive palletised product, hold stock, and manage real-time replenishment orders via retailer EDI platforms.
We do not sell product or set pricing. We act as a supply conduit — ensuring supplier stock reaches retail shelves in the format, volume and timing the customer expects.
What We Handle
- Product intake in full cartons, rows or pallets
- Guide suppliers on barcoding, TUN setup and label compliance based on retailer requirements
- Order picking by store or DC based on real-time demand
- National freight coordination to meet delivery windows
- Returns reconciliation and faulty goods tracking
- Sales monitoring and forecasting using actual retailer sell-through data
Our Process
Here’s How We Work
Retailer Request Initiated
A major retailer approves a new product from a supplier and requests it be made available in stores.
Supplier Onboarding and Stock Delivery
We onboard your product specs, confirm labelling and barcode requirements, and receive palletised stock into our Sydney warehouse.
EDI Order Receipt and Validation
Retailers send replenishment orders via EDI. We receive, validate and prepare them in line with system requirements.
Picking, Compliance and Dispatch
Orders are picked, labelled, and packed by store and inner, then shipped via national freight with full compliance docs. We manage and pay all applicable rebates.
Reporting, Forecasting and Returns
We provide sell-through data, support forecasting and reordering. Any additional promotional activities, we manage on a pass through basis.
Trusted. Tested. Proven.
We’ve spent over two decades operating within national retail supply chains. Not as a freight company, but as a logistics and systems partner built to meet the technical and operational requirements of major retailers.
Our warehouse and EDI processes support suppliers across FMCG, stationery and consumer goods. Every order is picked, packed, labelled and delivered exactly as the retailer expects.

What We Do
- Electronic Data Interchange
- Trade Unit Numbers and Barcode Formats
- Packaging and Labeling Requirements
- Retailer Return Policies and Liability
Streamline your retail transactions with confidence.
Retailers increasingly require suppliers to adopt Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for seamless order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking — but getting started can be confusing.
At Lectronic, we help you understand and implement EDI the right way. Whether you’re just getting started or troubleshooting existing setups, we provide the clarity and technical insight you need to stay compliant and efficient.
Get your product identifiers right from the start.
Retailers and distributors rely on accurate trade unit numbers (GTINs) and barcode formats to track inventory, manage orders, and avoid costly disruptions. But many suppliers struggle with assigning and formatting them correctly.
At Lectronic, we help you understand the difference between consumer units, inner packs, and outer cartons — and how to correctly apply GTINs and barcode standards across your range. Whether you’re setting up for the first time or fixing an error flagged by a retailer, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Make sure your products meet shelf and warehouse expectations.
From shelf-ready packaging to shipper labels and carton markings, every retailer has different packaging and labeling rules. Missing even a small detail can lead to delays, fines, or rejected deliveries.
We help you understand what’s required — from physical packaging dimensions to barcodes, batch codes, expiry dates, and compliance labels. Whether you’re entering a new market or updating your range, we make sure your packaging meets both retailer and regulatory expectations.
Know your responsibilities when things go wrong.
Returns, damaged goods, and customer complaints are a reality of retail — and understanding your role in the process is critical. Each retailer has unique return policies, chargeback rules, and liability frameworks that can impact your bottom line.
At Lectronic, we walk you through what to expect and how to respond — from managing product recalls to handling rejected stock, damaged shipments, or end-customer returns. Our goal is to help you stay compliant, reduce losses, and protect your business reputation.
